Tour De 4Force

Legends unite when 5 talented and highly successful performers with strong fan bases -Scherrie Payne (formerly of The Supremes), Joyce & Pam Vincent (formerly of Tony Orlando & Dawn), Theresa Davis (formerly of The Emotions) and Jim Gilstrap - come together onstage.

Tour De 4Force

brings together a group of performers with high-caliber vocal expertise…to the 5th power. They are not neophytes, but they are national and international world-class artists. With this group, there is no veneer, but there is an immovable drive to the excellence of musical perfection. They vault over other groups because of their diversified experience, which has brought them back as a vanguard on the music scene.

Scherrie Payne

The Little Lady With The Big Voice"

has a formidable history in the music business. SCHERRIE PAYNE was the official final lead singer of The Supremes - the most famous group from Motown’s renowned stable of artists. With over 100 million albums & CD’s sold, to this day, they remain the most successful female group of  all-time. As lead singer of the Glass House, the younger sister of jazz songstress Freda Payne, achieved her first Top 10 Billboard charts hit with "Crumbs Off The Table," on Invictus, the label formed by Motown’s prolific songwriting team, Holland/ Dozier/Holland. That success led her to Motown to replace Jean Terrell in The Supremes. Known as "The Payne Killer, "she is a firm favorite of Supremes’fans worldwide. Her superb vocals, dynamic stage presence & sweet bubbly personality transcends the stage. In 2000, she joined Diana Ross as a member of  "Diana Ross & The Supremes" on her ambitious & much publicized "Return To Love" tour. Scherrie’s solo hits include "I'm Not In Love" and, most recently, "One Night Only"in 2007.

Jim Gilstrap

JIM GILSTRAP

is one the most prolific male session singers in the music industry. With a portfolio boasting collective sales of more than 100 million albums & CD’s, his list of credits reads like a veritable who’s who of the entire musical spectrum - from Barbara Streisand to Celine Dion to Michael Jackson, to name a few. Jim honed his vocals behind such luminaries as Streisand, The Temptations & Rod Stewart, and working with top producers like Quincy Jones & Burt Bacharach. Meeting Stevie Wonder led to his tenure with Stevie's "Wonderlove" backing group. His many gold & platinum albums includes one from Wonder for his vocal work on "You Are The Sunshine Of My Life." Jim’s impressive career also includes a Top 10 solo hit, "Swing Your Daddy," being featured on numerous hit movie soundtracks such as "Grease," "Rocky," and "The Matrix" trilogy, & theme songs for many popular TV shows such as animated favorites "Tailspin" & "Dinosaurs." His voice is immediately recognizable in the familiar theme song for TV’s "Good Times!" Jim has also worked with many Smooth Jazz artists such as Ramsey Lewis & Dave Koz, and is currently a member of  'Loose Ends'.

Theresa Davis

THERESA DAVIS

’illustrious show-biz career began as a teenager in Chicago with the group "Our Ladies Of Soul. "Their "Let’s Groove Together," was a local hit single & brought her to the attention of other music makers. After being asked to join another more successful group on the Stax label -The Emotions - she stepped into the famous sister group & remained for four years, working with legendary producers Isaac Hayes & David Porter on 4 hit albums. They also released several successful singles on the Volt label, such as "I Call This Loving You," "Put A Little Love Away," & the holiday classic "What Do The Lonely Do At Christmas" - still one of the group’s most requested songs. Later Theresa recorded a solo album for Stax and began doing print ads, jingles & voiceovers. "Songs of Innocence and Experience," a new CD released in the UK in 2004, featured previously unreleased Emotions songs. She can also be seen with them in the "Wattstax" movie, which recently had its 30th anniversary re-issue. Theresa is a much sought-after studio vocalist & arranger, performing & working with many well-known artists, such as Smooth Jazz artist, Brian Culbertson and the legendary Mr Otis Clay.

Joyce Vincent

With over 75 million records sold, 5 Gold records, 5 Number One hits, American Music Awards, a popular television variety series and movie & television appearances,

JOYCE VINCENT became an international sensation with Tony Orlando & Dawn. Seen & heard daily now in Time-Life infomercials, they are 70’s Pop-Icons forever etched in American Pop Culture. Their music was even featured in the hugely successful Tom Hanks movie, "Forrest Gump." Throughout their reign, they racked up a string of Top 10 hit singles on Billboard’s Hot 100 & Adult Contemporary charts. CBS gave them their own television variety show in 1974 that became a Top20 hit & ran until 1976. In 2005, a DVD compilation from their variety series was released, along with their catalog of albums on CD. They reunited that same year to release "A Christmas Reunion" CD. Joyce & her sister Pam, continued their impressive careers as session singers & performing together around the world. They & fellow Tony Orlando & Dawn members Telma Hopkins & Tony Orlando, were inducted into theVocal Group Hall Of Fame on November 9, 2008, along with The O’Jays & others. Joyce is currently a member of the group, 'Formerly of The Supremes' - Scherrie Payne and Lynda Laurence.

Pam Vincent

Although she seldom appeared with them,

PAM VINCENT is credited with the other members of Tony Orlando & Dawn on all of the group’s albums, not only singing, but arranging the background vocals as well. At an early age Pam united with her sister, Joyce, in the studio & they became a highly sought-after backing vocals team, working with Motown & Stax artists. When Tony Orlando & Dawn went to Europe, Pam formed her own group, "Brandye," & released one album, "Crossover To Brandye" on Kayvette/T.K. Label. Her list of credits as a vocalist & vocal arranger for other artists in the studio & live performances is impressive & includes Johnny Taylor, Funkadelic, Bob Seeger, James Brown, Peabo Bryson & Isaac Hayes. She rejoined Dawn in the studio after their European tour. Working with Aretha Franklin had prevented her from doing so prior to that, she & Joyce continue their impressive careers as session singers & performing around the world. Pam reunited with the group on their "A Christmas Reunion" CD in 2005 & was inducted into the Vocal Group Hall Of Fame on November 9, 2008 along with the rest of Tony Orlando & Dawn.

Pam is currently working on a new project together with jazz keyboard player, Herman "Hollywood" Dawkins.
